Highly recommend Wayne for his decorating and tiling services. We asked him to tidy up paint work across our flat and re-tile the kitchen, before we put it on the market. With this brief, I liked that he gave us an honest assessment of what was worth doing to improve the flat but keep costs down, since we're selling.
