Electrical and plumb new toilet & basin

I have small porch area (1.28 x2.3m) where I would like to fit a new toilet and basin.
the superstructure work has started, but it needs the following work completing.
01: Wiring for lights, switches and sockets
02: Insulate (material provided)
03: Plasterboard interior
04: Clad exterior shiplap (4.7 sqm)
05: Fit plastic folding door (provided)
06: Plumb toilet and hand basin into the soil pipe
07: New roof felt
08: Rain water guttering.
09: Removal of back door, old frame, window and frame
10: Rehang bock door
11: Flooring
