Ben dry lined and plastered the above extension in Bermondsey for me .He did a first rate job , work of high standard with no cut corners , he came and did the work within the agreed timescales and worked flexibly to my programme. Variations to the original price were , agreed fairly with no difficulty and Ben is very amiable and a pleasure to work with. An excellent subcontractor.

Cancelled work on the day without telling me until I called him to find out where he was. Understand emergency work on other building sites can pop up but I would expect a call to inform me instead of me having to chase up. Prompt reply to initial request to look at roof and came here on time but then quite hard to nail down a date for the work (Which he then didn't turn up to).

I was contacted by sam regarding a standard plastering in a large bedroom. Only 3 walls required skimming. I was at work and so could not supervise the project. There are a number of really poor finishes around 3 sockets, thin skimming in areas where the plastic mesh is coming through. Called Sam who agreed to come round to resolve some of the issues, and as expected, he has not been in contact since. I would avoid spending money with this tradesman.
