Suitable product for unmodified thin set mortar between concrete and Ditra?

Good day. I intend to tile my basement bathroom. I’m using self leveling compound on the floor, then will install Schluter Ditra. I understand I need unmodified thin set mortar between the concrete and the Ditra. Are you able to recommend a suitable product? Also, any insight on what type of adhesive to use between the Ditra and the tiling would also be appreciated. Secondly, I'm tiling another area of my house, but this time on plywood. What products would you recommend in terms of underlayment, adhesive, mortar, etc.? Thanks in advance! Sincerely, Rashmi
