En suite shower leak and loose tile

Evening all. I have an ensuite thats just over 2.5 years old from a new build taylor wimpey home. I noticed discolouration of the wall outside of the shower cubicle and upon closer look noticed a break in the clear seal used in 2 places, at the very bottom of the strip and also on part of the grouting. I suspected this is where the water had come from and have managed to get TW to come and re do the sealant as they had to previously come out and fix a sealant issue on my toilet cistern a year or so ago. This morning while cleaning the tiles I noticed a split in the grout and when standing on the tray as if I was showering, the upper part of the lower tile is moving away from the wall by 1-2cm. What are my rights here? Would this be considered general wear and tear for a new bathroom? My parents was done almost a decade ago and it is still immaculate.

No definitely got some sort of leak where water is escaping hence the reason why the tile is coming away from the wall or it has not been prepped properly before tiling or water is escaping from somewhere it needs to be done asap before it gets any worse

If a tile is moving away from a wall 10or20mm, something is very wrong. Let me rephrase that, the tile adhesive has not bonded/stuck to the wall correctly. not really a big deal, unless you continue to use it. A professional fitted bathroom (tiles and sealant) should last over 10 years. Your rights with TW, i couldn't advise on, however, 2.5 years is nothing! Call them, tell them, as 2.5 years would not come under wear and tear. Oh, and stop using the shower, as water will be damaging the wall, as it will get in behind that loose tile. Its an easy fix, however, you must stop using the shower or it could be a real big issue....wall damage. And then you may find that WT says its your fault cuz you kept using the shower.
