Spoke to Michael and he offered to do the re-felting of my shed the very next day. We knew the weather forecast was good but poor for several following days. He and his team turned up on time and completed the work to my satisfaction and left no mess. My only reason for not giving Michael five stars was his price was a tad high - but he did the job immediately, which has to be worth something!
