Although we are a long established building and renovation company, established for over 50 years, we are new to this site.

We are also an approved and certified Damp-proofing, Timber Treatment and Wall Tie contractors.

We carry out all types of building works, but we specialise in extensions, loft conversion, property upgrades, refurbishments and full damp-proofing and timber treatments. We can arrange for plans to be drawn up and submitted for planning consent and building regulation approval. We also arrange with the local authority building control department to inspect the ongoing works at regular intervals, and on completion we arrange for all certification and the signing off by the local council.

We have a fully qualified team of tradesmen who have all served a recognised apprenticeship. Our Electricians are Part P approved and our plumbers and Heating Engineers are Gas Safe ( CORGI) registered. All trades are supervised by our own qualified Building Surveyor and all carbon emmissions and insulation values are inspected by our own government approved Energy Assessor.

We have been carefully vetted as to our workmanship and financial viability by various organisations including:- The Construction Bible, My Workmen, Find-a Trade, Rated Tradesmen, My Builder, Quotatis etc. and we carry out works on behalf of all these organisations.
We have also carried out contracts for many ' Blue Chip' companies including, most major banks and building societies, the National Trust, Police, Rentokil, Ministry of Defence, Local Authorities and various Housing Associations.

We always submit a full written report and quotation and if acceptable our written contract details are forwarded prior to any works commencing.
