“On day 4 of job was told that the quote only included lining of the CEILINGS! In the written quote hereafter hanging 1200 lining paper was after and in the same sentence as skimming ceiling which he said meant only lining the ceiling, contradicting our verbal agreement/phonecall. During job I mentioned what I expected and he never cautioned me that he hadnt included lining walls until the last day. BIG WARNING: Get every minute detail in writing!Also charged additionals without being warned.”
