Deciding to build an extension on your home can be a big decision, but Vertus will be there to giude and advise you every step of the way. We offer a personal service, developing fantastic relationships with our clients.
We ensure our clients feel confident and informed, as we discuss each stage in as much, or as little, detail, as is required. We also fully understand that clients may want to make a few changes as the build gets underway, and with Vertus change management is a forte.
We always strive to offer solutions which fit the clients' needs, but also keep the build on schedule and on budget. We are an intelligent building company.
Vertus is a family run construction company, owned by Ian and Rebecca Brockwell and based in West Sussex, with 15 years of experience in domestic building and construction.
Ian is the client contact for all Vertus projects and is on site daily, either hands on, or managing and advising the teams. Ian has an engineering degree and is a solutions man who has the ability to tap into a weath of experience, resources and knowledge, to find a way around any problem.
Rebecca focuses on project management and keeps the office running. Rebecca becomes more involved in the interiors phase of each build, if required, offering interior design advice and creating superb soft furnishing solutions through a sister company - West Sussex Interiors.
