About Us:
I Richard Brown run a small family construction business called Pure Developments and have been trading under the Pure name for nearly 10 years.
Our strong reputation has grown based on trust and honesty, fair pricing and the high quality results we deliver. We have never forgotten that the smallest job is important to complete in a professional way which is why our customers come back to us again and again. We undertake all aspects of building work, from minor repairs and maintenance to large architect designed structural projects and we apply the same professional and meticulous level of care to ensure we achieve the highest results every time.
Having been based on the South Coast of Cornwall our main contracts as project managers/working foremen have been in the St Mawes, Roseland, St Austell area but we are currently mid-way through a bungalow build at Porth and have recently moved to the North Coast of Cornwall -Penhallow near Perranporth.
We have our own team of builders, plumbers, electricians and roofers which have worked alongside myself through the years therefore pricing a complete job is not a problem. Our levels of repeat business are due to a consistent standard of build quality, friendly and approachable service and professional management. References are available on request.
