paint 2 bedroom flat (Painting & decorating)

“Decorated my 2 bedroom flat in 1 day, started at about 8.30 am finished at about 9.15 pm long day. Quality of work was o/k I would employ them again.”
Paint my living room (Painting & decorating)

“He left my room covered in dust and my floor covered in paint spots. He also ruined my leather 3 piece suite by getting paint all over it.I would not recommend him to anyone.”
Refinishing existing loft room (Plastering)

“Paul and his team tackled a tricky plastering and fitting job in the loft of my old house. Paul's years of experience were a big help in sorting out the non-standard aspects of the work. A great team who worked well together. They were considerate and made every effort to minimise any disturbance. They showed up when they said, did what I wanted to a high standard and cleared up behind them. Would definitely recommend and use again.”
Replace outside pipes (Plumbing)

“Paul did a good job of repointing my stone cottage and the price was very competitive(even though the eventual price was more than the estimate). He even did a couple of small outside jobs free of charge! Both men were friendly and worked hard.”
Lintel installation above door (General building)

“Fantastic work done. Very easy to speak to and work done to suit our budget. Will definitely use them again in the future and well recommended. ”
Decking cleaning and painting (Gardening & Landscaping)

“Very pleased with the service provided by Property Cando. Highly recommended.”

Answers:

The best way would be to bond the ceiling then with finish plaster to achieve a nice smooth finish. or if you want to just take of the artexed use a steamer to strip off then sand down smooth and paint. and when you bond a ceiling don't forget to apply p.v.a between each coat of plaster.
This would depend on the customer and the budget you would want to spend. due to farrow and ball would cost more than say deluxe paint or lora ashley. then if you want mat'' silk'' or egg shell'' gloss'' or oil based paint or water based. so many brands that do differ with the finish. the answer i would give is work with your decorator and make good use of his or her knowledge and use some samples to see what you like best.
Well i would think it best to give the damaged area a good sand down to a smooth finish. then if you have some of the old paint to use it can be patched painted to blend. only most would just re paint the whole wall.
This would depend on the size of the rooms and if you would need two coats of plaster with the first being a bonding coat. i would say that most plasters would charge you on a day rate and this would depend on the plaster that you chose.
This would be the same cost as if you lived in bath or bristol.
the only extra cost would be to park up in london streets. as i have and it is not cheep anything from £140 pound per day west london mews. what sort of suite you like would be the customers answer try harrods they are reasonable??
