History:
Having worked in the construction/property industry for more than 15 years and a downturn in this industry in 2008 circumstances dictated that an opportunity from my employer entering administration would provide the confidence to 2 friends to start CMR Scotland property maintenance and offer our maintenance & renovation skills to banks on behalf of Developers who were now in administration and letting agents who were now needing these properties completed to enable them to rent or sell on the open market. We have 45 years of construction industry between us and now have 5 years experience of working together for our own clients delivering high quality internal decoration and renovation projects for both rental properties and private dwellings. Full renovations, painting & decoration, and general property repairs all delivered to an excellent standard for private and commercial clients.
