I have been in the flat roofing business 30 years we have adapted too new materials that come along but I have always used the best materials on the market as it's better to work with and better for the customer that is why we have no problem giving a minimum of 20 years guarantee because I no good materials and good work man ship is key to doing a good job.when I walk on a roof I no in seconds if the man that done work before me was a skilled or just a cowboy.
