History:
Ive been working as a self employed decorator for 35 years after completing my apprenticeship.I have worked in all sectors of the construction industry,from industrial,commercial and the private sector.I like redecorating period properties in particular.As it involves restoring the older properties to theyre former glory.Which is very satisfying in my work.Ive worked in London many years ,aswell as across the uk.So i think im an old school decorator these days.

Answers:
Firstly i would need to see the job before quoting really ,as prior to wallpaper it may need ie stripping off old paper,filling and prep and maybe cross lining,so its difficult to quote without a specification.so i would need further info before i could submit a quote.
I would try to wash the emulsion off with hot water and a sponge,then size it and cross line it prior to wallpapering.
