History:
I started my trade at 16 years old at peterborough city council as an apprentice,when I finished my apprenticeship I gained my city and guild in painting and decorating,I then applied to become self employed to gain more experience I worked for a few companies in Peterborough which I worked on numerous contracts from domestic work to commercial,I worked on domestic homes,schools,factory's and building sites.as my experience grew I had a great passion to own a business so with alot of hard work this has now paid off and I am now owner of barry j.hall Decorators

Answers:
Yes that is possible,two or three coats of dulux white emulsion. if it's a kitchen ceiling same process as above but use vinyl silk emulsion.

Hi there,if you apply two coats of white emulsion first as a base coat i would suggest a water based eggshell paint when it drys it will dry tough and will not come off or leak through the new wallpaper.
