He said he would return at 8am to finish but did not come. After I text him he said his son was ill and would return to finish the work. He never came back having done only half the work. He is unreliable and dishonest leaving 2 pensioners,one on crutches just out of hospital to finish it themselves. ”

He told us he had family problems, however, never contacted us until mid morning on the days when he should have been here at 8am and that was only to advise us that he wasn't coming at all. Job was incomplete as electrics were not completed and the overall finish was appaling. Some tiles round by the sink wasn't even grouted and Sink and shower are both unesable at present because they have had no waterproof sealant put around them”
