There could be several reasons for this to get black mould . depending on the type of bricks yhe render could stop the natural air flow so a simple installation of a new air brick could solve the problem. then clean the mould with specialist cleaner and apply a silicone based mould paint . if you have any appliances i.e fridge tumble dryer against the wall can generate mould as the appliances let of warmth from the motors and create condensation due to warm air hitting the cold wall
