“I had known Kevin Mayo for many years, during which time he had built two House Extensions for me. When I retired in in early 2009, I obtained planning permission for a New Bungalow. During 2010, I dealt with the purchases and accounts, whilst Mr Kevin Mayo, built the bungalow from foundations onwards, doing most of the work himself, but organising any specialist trades and plant that were required. This was a very high spec bungalow, with everything from under floor heating to oak timber throughout. He knew that the bungalow was for my wife and I to live in and that with me being a perfectionist, the finish had to be to the highest standard - he well exceeded my expectations. Not only is his workmanship of the highest order, he also runs a very clean and organised building site. We did not have a cross throughout the project and I confirm that I am still proudly living at the address.”
