Hi the best be replacing damaged plaster board tape and plaster. be like nothing happen ;)
Hello remove lining paper. u cannot plaster on top 9/10 times lining paper will bubble up and plaster just gonna feel off.
Hi there removing wallpaper from dry walls it's always like that u will damage plasterboard. ons you remove wallpaper plaster walls and you be fine ;) or get plaster ;)
