“K&M Building Systems Ltd. was contracted to undertake extensive refurbishment of my house for sale to market standard and we also engaged K&M Building Systems Ltd. to upgrade our present home with a new bespoke bathroom, bespoke lounge to dining room extension, new floors on the ground floor, a minor loft conversion and other intricate tasks, regarding lighting. All the above work required extensive plumbing, some electrical installation, new wooden/laminate flooring, plastering and decorating. I can only highly recommend K&M Building Systems Ltd. The company is highly efficient, the work undertaken is carried out with a minimum of fuss to a very high spec. The workforce was always punctual and were not put out, to work extra hours if the need arose. They are very helpful with suggestions and really do go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. We have more projects coming up and I will not hesitate to work with K& M Building Systems Ltd. again. ”
