I started my own business a couple of years ago and before that have been in construction since leaving school some thirty-five years ago, working on various sites throughout the region, before deciding to try it alone, been going well now for two years and thought I would try out these sites and see what kind of response one gets, as this seems to be the way things are progressing over the last couple of years. So here I am, give us a call if you want good quality guaranteed work, done by a tradesman of the highest quality.

Depends on whos getting rid of old ceiling if got asbestos you will need to use a specialist company to remove it.
as for re boarding and re plastering all ceilings hard to say until it been estimated.
Try using a watered down pva to seal artex, this will also help plaster to stick, takes a bit of work though. sometimes its easier to overboard.
Get a plasterer to go look at it , probably need new ceiling
