“Very disappointing. After initial good rapport, bold words and promises, in the event they provided an unsuitable pump for the job, undertook work not asked for, left a coating of cement over the floor and articles stored in the room, and, albeit inadvertently, removed articles not belonging to them from the site. They promised to return to put matters right but have not done so in three months. They have also ignored repeated emails and phone messages. I advise caution in employing this firm.”
