About Us:

We are based in the northwest and have a small team of professionals that are capable of carrying out a wide variety of repairs installation and maintenance around your home or workplace.
All our tradespeople are City & Guilds qualified and carry out work to a high standard.

History:

I have been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years and decided to start out on my own and set up my plumbing and joinery business.
I found that there was a market for a wide variety of maintenance services that homeowners today need. We undertake All your small jobs that have been put off because simply customers can't find reliable trades people people to do the job or think their jobs are too small.
As well as the small jobs we take on one off pieces that require a little more thought and design, if there is something you need making then check us out.
We also undertake fitting kitchens and bathrooms and are capable of taking care of the whole project.
We take pride in providing good customer service and care whilst carrying out repairs at your property.

The quote you have received seems reasonable for the amount of work involved. with all jobs until you start taking tiles off walls you don't know whether the background is suitable to tile onto or whether further work will be required to provide suitable surface to fit new tiles too.
also you do not say how big your bathroom is.
with bathrooms there are many variable and processes to be considered are pipes needing relocated or chasing into the walls
Depending what type of plumbing system you have if it is a gravity fed system you could have an airlock. this would need to be pushed out off the statements then water should flow again.
could be a faulty tap you ring turning the tap but it is not opening inside. there could also be an isolation valve that has been turned off
