I have always been a hands on kind of guy. When I have had to use tradesmen myself in the past I have always been disappointed with the standard of service I have been offered and the level of workmanship provided. Over the years I have completed home restoration projects, improving a number of my own, and friends and family's homes and over time decided that I could offer these skills commercially to others. I have used tradesmen with all the certifications that you can get, but I have come to realise that certifications are only part of the story.
