About Us:

I have been a level 3 qualified carpenter for the past 15 years. My Portfolio varies from wood flooring, kitchens, decking and all other carpentry related jobs you'd require in your home.
Over the years I have been fortunate enough to work on high end, detailed shopfitting projects.

With over 15 years of carpentry related experience I have worked on a number of different projects. These vary from new build homes, shops, banks, hospitals and occupied homes.
I have gained much experience from working on different types of projects that are suited to different environments. This has helped me to suggest options to customers that they may have not previously considered.
I'm a polite and friendly guy who's always happy to help.

“It was a pleasure to deal with Dean and his standard of work is exemplary and he pays a lot of attention to all the finer details! Very prompt and communicates well with the customer and always cleans up before he leaves the house. We have used him on two occasions and have already recommended him to friends and family.”
Board loft for storage, house 3 years old - Loft conversions job in Pontypridd

“Dean boarded the loft which we are pleased with. Dean is a very efficient workman with a silent time keeping and once finished you wouldn't know he had been there as all trades of work were cleared away. Would definitely recommend and hire again. Thank you”
Internal doors - Joinery & Carpentry job in Bridgend

“We were very pleased with the work carried out and dean was a very efficient and tidy workman and we would have no hesitation in using him again.”

Hi, a carpenter would be able to install a new hatch in the new location as well as infill the existing hatch. i would highly recommend using a certified electrician to move your lights. some are pretty straight forward and can be easily moved by a keen diyer but personally for me electrics and gas should only be touched by those who are qualified to do so.
a general builder would possibly be able to do the full job. general builders tend to be comfortable practicing several trades and therefore is more likely to complete the full job by himself.
don't forget you'll also want the existing hatch to be filled and painted once it's been patched in with timber and plasterboard.
hope this is helpful
