About Us:
RSP Roofing undertake all types of roof repairs and replacements at fair prices (all prices are based on the national schedule of rates (SOR's) which is a price list compiled from national averages of any work. We will provide a detailed quote on inspection including pictures and completed pictures of work on our invoices.
Many of our customer reviews can be found by searching 'rsp roofing customer comments'. We also undertake damp diagnostics (and remedial work) fascia, gutter, brickwork, fencing, landscape gardening and carpentry jobs.
We are also proud to support a selection of charities, namely; Mind (a mental health charity), Macmillan cancer support, Blue cross (for pets) and Essex and Herts Air ambulance to whom 20% of the total cost of any work will be donated to. You can choose to allocate the donation to either of the four charities mentioned or, if preferred, the donation will be divided equally between the four.
We also plan to be allocating funds to my daughters' dance group 'Younique dance academy' in order to pay for training (and associated equipment) in a proposed, 'flash mob'style, charity fundraiser (for the charities mentioned above). Your donation from the cost of the work can also be used for this purpose if you wish.

History:
RSP Roofing was established in 2010, after I had been a Roofer since I left school. I thought it was time to start up my own firm to support my family and have a better 'work/life' balance as I thoroughly enjoyed the work when I first started.
I continued to pursue my career when I was younger, travelling abroad to work in Canada for 15 months and learning different systems of application and a number of diverse techniques. I have a real passion for my job. So much so that I took the time to write a book about felt roofing ("Felt and torch on roofing - a practical guide" the crowood press 2014).
RSP Roofing specialise in, of course, Roofing but we are very versatile and also complete building surveys for damp diagnosis and carry out remedial work for damp and mould (aka 'dry rot') eradication.
In the summer months we focus on other building work and garden landscaping jobs with fencing being another of our specialities.
