“Stuart and his colleague constructed a professional shed base for me and moved a large shed. They managed to get the ground perfectly level. I was impressed that they could move the shed without taking it apart. They planned the moved well and put the shed on batons which worked as rails. Yes that is correct , sme ways to deal with this . use new plaster emulsion listed on container, dilute emulsion a little so it acts like a primer will make second coat easier to apply.

How and when to check that a builder has liability insurance?

All people that work in your home should have insurance to a least 1million , you never know when an accident may happen . the trades person should tell you that they are insured and be able to send you a link showing the renewal date and company insured with.
