Painting House - Painting & decorating job in Maidenhead

“Fred and Andrew painted our new Extension, Kitchen, Stairs and Landing to a very high standard. The workmanship was extremely good and it was a real pleasure to meet both Fred and his colleague Andrew who worked extremely hard to turn our house in to our home. The quote was very reasonable, Fred was punctual and very polite - we will certainly be using Fred again to paint and decorate our bedrooms.”

Answers:

Correct paint for doors?

yes first undercoat and then gloss or satin wood or even an eggshell and same for the woodwork

Best white paint for wood

i prefer the dulux once satinwood

Paint on walls

maybe paint that area with another coat and the line is still there further some filler up the line

Papering over dark blue emulation is it possible

well i would normally give it two coats of white emotion to tone the colour down

Painting on once papered walls

i would let it dry out first and then send the wall down to smooth it out and then go ahead
