Hello there, I have been a handyman for nearly 9 years ,I'm qualified to level 3 as an electrician and have an NVQ level 2 in painting and decorating. I am reliable, clean and work to a high standard.

For the first 6 years I sub- contracted work from landlords and estate agents maintaining their rental properties,, for the last 3 years I have been concentrating on painting as my main trade but still carried out other jobs as and when they arose!
I cover a wide range of trades from painting and tiling to block paving and patios.

Answers:
Depends on the size of area being covered
Not the cooker that is faulty ,if it trips at the board then it's an 'earth to neutral 'fault meaning something wrong with either neutral or earth circuits.
No don't paint over straight away as it will come straight back through, apply a stain blocker first then paint
On bare plaster it's best to white wash the walls and ceilings first with a watered down white emulsion
