I would arrange for a skip to be put as close as possible and take down a bit at a time unless it safe enough to push over once cut all roots and if okay burn the gree part if not okay then arrange for its removal all down to footings check there sufficient then re build
Id have two piers and put a rsj steel in to support load above
Id have done this for 800 1500 is to dear
You can but better to remove old first
