West Windsor Walls are a locally run property refurbishment and maintenance company with a long history of work undertaken for private individuals looking to improve their homes or income properties aswell as working with a number of other building companies on larger scale projects

We have been in the building trade since leaving school and over time built up a good knowledge and qualifications of multiple trades aswell as compiling a good raport with other tradesmen and companies which in turn means we have evolved into a very thoughtful efficient company

It is fine to use as its purpose is a joint filler which is used for dry lining if used correctly and taped should not crack
I would gun some colour appropriate silicone around to waterproof and finish
I would use something more like thistle bond it the green stuff with grit in or the tiling equivalent as provides better key and sealing properties i find just paint on day before you start but i would do more research on background surface first to avoid any bad reactions
I would strip back and render it with a decent integral waterproofer as should stop any damp coming back through internally
I always use dulux once moves well and good opacity
