Hi jason, you should use bathroom paint really, it's got special formulas made for steamy areas.
Hi, you can do it but wouldn't recommend it because if the old paper falls of so will your new paper...
Hi depends on the size of them and how many doors and what condition walls and woodwork is in really and materials should be included for that price. loads of factors that will reflect price, i'd say its at the higher end of average price for those areas but if decorator is good then he deserves paying well for his skills
Sounds like mould and damp, you may have a leak somewhere
