He offered us a design and explained to us clearly how the prices would differ based on the designs we could have. We settled on a design and he was able to offer us a subsidy which was in keeping with what we were already comfortable to spend on the project. He explained the timeframe for completion and arrived as scheduled on day 1. We met his team, we felt they were nice guys. They were good with our kids. Nice and polite, no bad language. They were mindful of our neighbours, they cleared up at the end of each day. You could see they enjoyed their work. The job was completed within the specified timeframe and we were very satisfied with the quality of the work. Price did not change which was something we worried about Since then we have invited Ben back to quote us for a summer house and we are delighted that we have him booked for Spring 2020. ”
