Placing tiles over existing ceramic tiles

As long as the tiles are sound and grease free we would rocomend scoring the service of the tile to provide a key. most brands of tile addhesives offer there own range of primer to accompany there adhesive. other than that an sbr/water mix primer would work equally as well

Change WC overflow?

Most modern siphon incorporate an internal overflow which expels in to the pan so can be as simple as changing the siphon
