History:

I’ve been building since 1995, in fact it’s all I’ve ever done, I left school and set up on my own as a decorator, within 5 months I had 8 guys working for me. We grew rapidly and soon won contracts working for large letting agencies. They wanted more than decorating doing so our business took on a natural progression. At the same time I started buying houses, renovating them and letting them. During the coarse of renovating them I came across lots of tradesmen and soon became there main customer. I decided to employ them on full time contracts, this not only enabled me to complete my own projects but also make money by doing other people’s projects and offer a 1stop service. I’d realised the importance of having a permanent, reliable team. Now, not wanting my property portfolio to grow any larger we take on other people’s on a full time basis. We specialise in total refurbishment, extensions, structural work including under pinning and loft conversations. We’ve been building extensions for 20 years.

Out door tap - Plumbing job in Coventry

“Chris replied quickly to my request for a plumber. He gave us a quote, he arrived to do the job on time. He carried out the work professionally and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with his work and the pride he took in it even though it was a small job. He left the work area clean and tidy i would highly recommend him he was a polite and friendly guy.”

We plaster plasterboard in this country just for ascetic purposes. if left un plastered it would look awe full with joints and screw heads showing. in hotter countries like australia where the plaster would dry out to quickly, they tape and fill the joints. like we do in shop fitting as it’s cheaper. how ever, for a decent, professional finish it’s best to plaster the plasterboard.
for fire protection ceilings have to be plastered.
There won’t be much change from £1000.
for a cheaper option look at grp fibre glass. no joints and lead won’t get stolen.
about £500 inc materials
