I have been in the trade for 2 years previously working for another company but I have decided to go by myself and take on the work myself. My skills have been built up to a high standard over the 2 years.

There’s always a way around it cutting a small bit tile. tiles itself are quite delicate and can break very easy when cutting a fine piece due to it not having much strength in it. the best way is to it is to use a manual tile cutter and score where it needs to be cut then use an angle grinder to cut out the section and if it breaks it will break on where the line has been scored rather than the small fine piece that is needed
Dulux trade quick dry satinwood probably the best one to use. it is an advanced water-based, satin finish that provides a smooth, durable top coat for use on both interior wood and metal.
Will be very hard to cover silk with emulsion paint. the best way is probably to either use paint stripper to get it off the walls or undercoat it twice and then use emulsion
Best thing to do is to get of any loose tiles and then use a 2 part laytex (probond fl390) and use that to cover the tiles and is also self levelling which will give you a nice smooth flat floor in order to tile on top.
