Over 10 years experience work on properties I started by doing 3 years in college straight from school in carpentry when I completed the course I went on to labour for various trades so could pick up more skills in the trade not only the work how to properly price a job different materials to use and also how to speak to customers correctly so all my work is done to a very high standard all work will be explained in detail to the client and will be happy to answer questions if client is unsure about anything all of our work is done to a very high standard with top of the range materials used on all work and we always work with a smile for a friendly service thanks

If they have got a shine on them like a varnish i would recommend sanding them first then use a primer or undercoat before glossing

Untill i have seen the project i would never give a rough estimate because i don't no how big the elevation is and how bad or how much repointing there is and how much materials and what tools and if i need scaffolding
