Cost of demolishing brick shed?
I could do this for £300 which includes skip. also you can top it up with any bits from garden or house.
Cost of fitting a chimney cowl?
To supply and fit a new chimney cowl we would charge around £150.
Is it safe to paint over cracked asbestos Artex?
Yes we could cut craks out and fill again and seal ceeling and paint
Silicone filled air brick?
I do believe that this would not affect the house as it was only two mini holes blocked and i do believe that sky and virgin run the cables through air bricks sometimes and the silicon is just to hold the wire in place
Summerhouse letting in water through shiplap and cracks?
Personally i would remove contents of shed and pull outshed replace the cladding or felt the side of the shed to stop the damp coming back through
