A10 years in the building trade originally starting as a brick layer and pointer, working with a number of companies and trades for 6 years I had the chance to work with some specialist trades.
A star restoration started four years ago growing more and more every year with customers continuously recommendeding our services to others.
The team has had the pleasure of learning the same skills I once did and thrive in their work on SITE.
We specialise in restoring properties to their original character whether it be stone work to rebuild brick tinting to repairs and remedial works.

Hi for a detached property just to be cleaned and not replaced would cost you around £150 i hope this helps
Hi there i think you have been given a reasonable price with £1500 you may find £100 cheaper or so elsewhere but if you have found a recommended tradesmen for that price go with it!
Unfortunately the felt will crack that is correct as it is so old your felt would usually last 8 to 12 years depending on its exposure to elements as yours is 50 years old i would recommend getting a new roof.
Yes shingle is not a base foundation and will create movement on the ground resulting in an u level and unsafe build!
If you have any concerns you should ask the builder directly to send you their insurance policy to check they are covered not always required but if you do so that should not be an issue.
