I have been in the trade for over four years,I have worked nationwide for a huge company. Fed up of being treated like a number the family roofing company was started to give people a sense of assurance in quality and get rid of the stigma of cowboy roofers one job at a time. The type of work I do ranges from torch on felt, to liquid coating systems depending on customer preferences and the best system for the job.

I would personally charge around £300-£400 to re timber the roof install a two layer torch on system and provide a ten year guarantee hope this helps
Yes in general felt work is all the same once you understand the principles i have worked on million pound jobs for my old company and i do sheds and garages.
