About Us:

History:

It started off as decorating business over 10 years ago which today is known as ACDECS. Ashley and Clyde Decorator's. We have a third member of the family Amberlie who has joined the business and is expanding our team with high quality work in the Wiltshire area. We have skill in all sections of painting decorating and enjoy a challenge but also we love to give customers a good experience and answer their questions with confidence and be as helpful as we can be.

Used gloss paint instead of undercoat - how to rectify?

If you use a p80 grade sand paper and spend as long as you can sanding all of the sheen (shiny bits) off. then use a dusting brush to remove any particles of dust and paint from the surface and then apply first coat of your undercoat.

How much paint do I need for doors?

If its 10 doors both sides with also skirtings and architraves then i would recommend 5 litres of gloss as the decorator will most likely be rolling and brushing out the doors which will soak up more gloss.
