I been working for other people for last few years and everything I learn I want to.put to good use ,I worked for many building agencys ,also worked for ikea doing the showrooms , and now I thought its time to work for myself

Hi anwaer to your question is ,paint first ,because if you have any paint drip then you can put new floor to cover everything and the job will be easier
