History:

I have been in the building trade for just over 20 years. Main trades are plastering, bathroom fitting and extensions but throughout the years I have also covered other areas such as fencing,patios,painting and decorating. I have contacts for any electrical work that would need to be carried out and signed off. I am able to provide photos and positive feedback from customers.

Answers:

Can you paint over Matt emulsion on skirting boards?
Use a light sand paper and go over the wood and radiators so you have lightly scratched the surface. you will need a metal primer for radiator and wood primer for skirting boards then gloss over as normal. hope this helpful to you. ccbuilders.
