Here at pipe it up plumbing and heating,were a small family run business,with over 20 years experience in plumbing and heating. We’re gas safe registered and fully insured to carry out any of the projects you want carrying out.

History:

I started out doing new builds way back when I first started out as an apprentice. Then after leaving there got into domestic plumbing and heating work and found that I loved meeting a different variety of customers every day. We carry out all types of work from a simple dripping tap to a complex 3 zone heating system. I’ve also carried out big commercial jobs in Greenwich London converting large old Victorian houses into offices and shops. Challenging but rewarding

Water pressure and flow rate
Running 22mm hot feed directly off the pressurised cylinder is the correct procedure. once you have done the main run in 22mm you can reduce down to 15mm for the shower and basin etc continue in 22mm to the bath tub
Where to install thermostatic shower pump?
I would advise to fit a positive negative (universal) shower pump in the airy cupboard or in the loft space
Cost for landlord safety check?
Our costs at pipe it up plumbing and heating are

£60 for boiler service and cp12 certificate
additional £20 for cooker or hob
additional £50 for gas fire
No cold water to upstairs bath or toilet
It will just be a simple airlock. you can either connect the basin cold main to bath tap and run for a short period or close all taps and wet vacuum the cold bath tap.
Header tank venting?
Hi there

no not consistently it sounds like the system is over heating
call a plumber as the tank can become unsafe
