I serviced my Advanced modern apprenticeship (NVQ level 3 ,Heating and gas installation competence) in Plumbing, Heating and mechanical engineering sub contracting to British gas through a family company installing many different types of heating systems.
I was also Contracted to Bradford Council, fitting heating systems and Craven Council, Renewing internal and external drainage pipes. After that with private developer's, fitting Bathrooms, Kitchens, hot and cold systems, Heating and Gas installations.
Fitted several hundred heating systems and teaching and training new heating engineers was my duty i was trusted with.
Also was part of the efforts to help the drainage problems around Craven district and private properties during the floods.
After this I spent ten years working along Oslo fjords, Norway within new building developments and apartments installing heating, Hot and cold systems and sprinkler systems and installing high end bathrooms suits and ground source heating systems. Also qualified in Norway as a gas technician 1.
A detailed plan/diagram plumbing, price index for customers will follow after a visit and I'm also an experienced tiler.
Im working on a full price matrix of plumbing works and costs at the moment, in order to provide full transparency to customers

After that accepting a job invitation to Norway to be gas technician also including installing ground source heating systems, gas installations and bespoke bathroom fitting for ten years.
I think I'm going into the green energy sector in the future.
I have returned to England with valuable experiences on top of the years gained in England. All Plumbing Work Considered.
My brother owns Redmond Group, A very successfully company through honesty efficient and skilled workmanship and I'm proud of the 10 years contributions from the start I made. I have multiple contacts within all trades all qualified and experienced to their highest level.
I have teamed up with experienced, qualified trademen and can confirm a window and door fitting specialist service. After a electrician, which can be offered.
I believe people would rather deal with one person, which can offer a full quality multiple trademens team depending on the the job type.

Answers:
I would first check for air. then try to balance the system then flush, then replace radiator valves
You could go for an electric combi boiler then the system will run water like gas combi boilers
Lower the soil pipe definitely
Yes, it is easly done but not using the hot water pipe
Sounds very strange that a different tap would all of a sudden turn on. would need pipe tracking to investigate.
