Yes they should have sourced tiles the same as your ones but if you have had your roof done you should have already had a bonding gutter installed on the wall head to separate the roofs
If you have a flat roof at the back then i would say you would only need scaffold to one side without the dormer as there should be enuff access on the dormer to do any work needed even with a scaffold i would estimate the work price to be round about 1600 with scaffold
