I started J.c.s Building Services 3 years ago after working in the maintenance department for some reputable companies around London i.e Harrods and high end estate agents. I am a fully qualified joiner/ carpenter with 14 years experience in the building trade taking on all aspects of work.

Replacing bath tub drain

Yes you will need to access under the bath normally by taking off the bath panel.

Been gone 2 months, how do I prevent pipe issues?

Normally you won't get any leaks just from not using the taps for a couple of months. so you shouldn't worry about it too much.

Waste water not draining away

Hi you can either alter the kitchen waste pipe or run a new seperate waste for the other appliances

Lounge radiator not heating up fully

Hi have you bled the radiator to check all the air is out?
