I would probably go with repointing first, makes it easier for roofer/repointer as don't need to worry about working around new windows. windows replacement will not be affected by new pointing.
Profiles are really close to each other. rehau, halo , kommerling , liniear. as long as window can be fully reinforced with steel and when reinforced still perform with at least 1.4 u value and a rating double glazed you are just fine.
