“We hired Simon to hang wallpaper in three rooms. After he was done with two rooms, we checked and were shocked. Our wooden flooring was completely destroyed in one room and Simon had left massive scratches in the other room. The (simple) wallpaper was ok but the pattern of the other wallpaper was completely off. Once we confronted him, Simon made up an excuse, stepped out and we never saw or heard of him. We now have to lay carpet to cover up the damaged floor and redo the wallpaper. ”
