We started off with just fencing and gates .then we moved on to decking

Answers:
If doors are flat then a fine roller
At the bottom of the downpipe put a 45 bend then add extra down pipe to reach the drain
Mixed rubbish to be taken away by a truck would be around £150-200 per load
Yes it should have been sanded and filled already so now they will have to give everything else another coat
